This unique smudge blends white sage leaves with resin granules for a 2-in-1 cleansing combo! Measuring 4-5" in length, the bundle is composed of tightly wound sage leaves and myrrh resin powder or granules inside that burn together when lit.

Myrrh is used for healing, protection, peace and love. It fortifies and renews the spirit, while boosting the immune system and the body's natural energetic defenses.
