  1. What do you sell?

We sell a wide variety of fantasy-themed items, jewelry, stationery and books. We cater to mythological and esoteric interests, collecting a wide variety of dragons, fairies, goddesses, Celtic, and woodland creatures. Our items range from home and garden décor, to sterling silver jewelry, cards, journals, books, t-shirts, and much more. Our stock varies throughout the year and we strive to constantly bring in new and unique items for our customers. We also carry a selection of local artisan works in support of the artistic community.

Everything that is available through our website is also available for purchase in-person! We update our inventory levels daily, and add new products every week, so check in often to see what's new in-store and online!

  1. Do you ship items outside Canada & the USA?

Yes, we can arrange shipping worldwide! Online shipping is currently available within Canada & the USA at flat rates. If you would like an item shipping outside of Canada & the USA, please contact us directly with an item reference to request a shipping quote.

Please note that we do not ship our cement garden wares or larger items (like tables) due to their weight and fragility, and they are only available for purchase in store.


  1. What is your return policy?

Please consult our Return Policy page for returns on online orders.

In-store purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from return including earrings, and open tarot and oracle decks. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


  1. Do you have what I’m looking for?

While we are building our e-store we encourage any inquiries you may have about the items we sell! We are putting every effort into bringing you the widest selection of products, but as our collection is quite extensive it is going to take some time for our online store to catch up to what we physically sell in our shop.

Additionally, as we try to provide the widest possible selection and source out new products as often as we can for our customers, our collection is ever-changing. If you saw something in store that you don't see online yet, or just have a general inquiry about something you're looking for, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will do our best to help!


  1. Where do your items come from?

Our stock comes from all over the world! The majority of our giftware and figurines are cast in resin and hand-painted, and come from companies based throughout North America. We also stock a variety of items from other continents – including leather journals and incense from India, gemstone jewelry from Indonesia, handiworks from Thailand, masks from Venice, jewelry and decor from Ireland, among others. We are happy to support local artisans and companies, and maintain a collection of domestically produced items, jewelry, and cards, as well!
