Labradorite Rune Set

This set of Nordic runestones contains 25 individual stones fashioned into genuine gemstone settings, perfect to aid your daily divination practice, or decorate your home. The name rune itself means "secret" or "something hidden" - thus runes are considered esoteric symbols of ancient knowledge.

Runecasting, or the act of divining with runes, is a practice wherein the reader picks out a single, or sequence of runes, and reads them in a given layout - such as past, present, and future. Alternatively, the runes can be cast out of the bag all at once, and the upward-facing runes respond to a particular question or problem.

Labradorite, which is named after a major discovery in Labrador, is found in volcanic deposits, also known as spectrolite. Its attractive blue and green iridescence, when viewed at certain angles, makes it suitable in jewellery and as a glaze for ceramics. This stone can be used to assist in accessing the subconscious. It banishes fears and insecurities, and strengthens faith in the self and trust in the universe.
