Shipping is available to locations within Canada & the USA. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping to the USA:
Shipping times to the USA are estimates only, and are not guaranteed, due to potential customs processing delays. USA customers are responsible for payment of any import taxes and duties as collected by the carrier, and are not included in our posted shipping price.
Please note that we do not ship the following:
- Tables
- Figurines over 15"
- Windstone Editions
Every effort is made to package items safely for transport. If an item is damaged during transit we require notification & photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt in order to process a refund/claim or to issue a replacement.

Express shipping is available with rates generally $5-10 over Standard. Express shipping is unavailable to PO Box addresses due to prohibitive costs.
* USA shipping rates do not include any customs clearance fees, taxes, and duties that may be collected by the shipping carrier, and are payable directly to the carrier.
