Botanical Name: Cymbopogon Citrullus. Lemongrass oil has been found to be anti-microbial, in particular against gram positive bacteria and fungi. It has also been found to be pain killing, central nervous system depressing, fever reducing, and an anti-oxidant. Lemongrass oil applied to the joints will relieve the pain felt in arthritic joint conditions.
